Abstract


The scientific and reasonable performance management is to improve the quality of employees , the primary means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises ; implementation of performance appraisal , focus on performance improvement is an important guarantee to enable enterprises to continuously upgrade themselves and achieve strategic objectives . Modern Optical corporate performance management problem has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises , and how to regulate the existing performance management system , performance management process is objective and concise optimization has become the main problem faced by the enterprise leadership . In order to study this issue in greater depth , through questionnaires, interviews , on-site observation , summed up the existing problems of the target company in the performance management and analysis of the reason for the existence of the proceed from the basis of the performance management effective performance management has done a lot of preparatory work for the company . On this basis , according to local conditions designed for modern optical current development status of performance management systems and processes , and want to be able to provide a useful reference for enterprises there is a similar problem . Currently , the joint efforts of the company's management and the human resources department , Modern Optical corporate performance management work in the pilot completed the gradual and orderly unfolding .
