Abstract

Dome tube oil-water Phase Flow Characteristics problem first numerical simulation, preliminary understanding of the two-phase flow of oil and water in the fornix tube, then design the the array conductivity probe measurements and parallel string wire conductance probe measurement method of combining detection vault tube oil-water two-phase flow and phase holdup string wire probe conductance signal statistical analysis, nonlinear analysis method to study the flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow in the fornix tube and extracted fornix tube moisture at different locations, the following conclusions: 1. fornix tube oil-water two-phase flow, stratified flow and dispersed flow numerical simulation using CFD method. The results show that the rising segment of the dome pipe oil deposits, water retention rate is small, the relative decline of the fornix pipe segment water accumulation, water retention rate larger dome top of the tube, For stratified flow fornix tube, water-holding rate of the transition phase of the Ascending; For fornix tube dispersed flow, are dispersed throughout the fornix tube, when the moisture content is less than 20% or greater than 80%, can be observed a clearer Youpao boundary or blisters border, ie dispersed flow better transient numerical simulation. . Dome tube within the oil-water two-phase flow dynamic experiment, different flow patterns for tube oil-water two-phase flow, string wire probe output signal waveforms showing different characteristics, which based on the characteristics of the strings of wire probe signal fluctuations, to effective identification of oil-water flow patterns. Chord wire probe signal analysis by experimental observation, a clear description of the fornix tube oil-water two-phase flow within the flow characteristics and CFD transient numerical simulation results more consistent, indicating that the CFD method is reliable, helps the flow of oil-water two-phase flow process The study also proved chord wire probe sensitive to the flow of oil to water phase change, can be used for the study of the oil to water phase. 3 chaotic attractor morphological description of the fornix tube oil-water two-phase flow, the attractor form different flow patterns described, the application of the two-dimensional attractor amount of morphological characteristics of the oil-water flow patterns classification, the results showed that the better able to take advantage of the two-dimensional characteristics of the various flow patterns to distinguish. Based oil-water two-phase flow in the dome pipe string wire probe measurements, summed up the water holdup method to extract the oil-water two-phase flow and to extract a different location in the pipe water holdup, from the other side fornix tube oil-water two-phase the flow characteristics of the stream.
