Abstract


The incentive is the important content of the human resource management is an effective means to tap the potential of human resources. Excitation method is an important factor to decide stimulating, but different people react different ways to motivate different cultural backgrounds, different cultural backgrounds can cause different behavioral and psychological characteristics. Although everyone is different ways to motivate reaction, but by the same cultural influence on the psychological characteristics and behavior are more or less in common. Chinese culture has a long history, the Chinese people have a significantly different behavior with other nationalities psychological characteristics, so the incentive of the Chinese people can not completely copy the incentives established in Western culture. Many papers have incentives for Chinese people, but are not systematically categorized its meticulous research, but did not explore how with the use of these ways to motivate. This paper summarizes the Chinese people 10 unique orientation 28 specific acts of psychological characteristics, and based on these acts of psychological characteristics corresponding to summarize, the proposed 10 level 28 ways to motivate. By verifying the validity of the 28 kinds of ways to motivate, to illustrate the close relationship of the behavioral and psychological characteristics (cultural) and ways to motivate this division can clearly know what incentive the Chinese people have a better incentive effect. This paper combines the the behavioral mental habits of the Chinese people to model and operational processes, so that you can either know what incentives the incentive effects of the Chinese people better, but also know how to tie to use them, the priority use what incentive . To illustrate the effectiveness of the method of 28 kinds of Chinese-style \In this thesis, the research the following points: First, the psychological characteristics of the behavior of the Chinese people is divided into 10 representative orientation; summarized based on the above-mentioned acts of psychological characteristics, \devised ways to motivate model; is used in conjunction with the relationship between explore ways to motivate \intuitive analysis of the illustrate the the 10 orientation incentive methods used in the course of practice. I just cited the Chinese section compares the behavior of typical psychological characteristics, the corresponding incentive is not comprehensive, need to be further improved. Moreover, in the analysis of the incentive method used in conjunction with the process, it is only a preliminary explored some, but not all, used in conjunction with the relationship in the future, need to be further analyzed.
