Abstract


Sarcophagidae developers to take advantage of the high value of insect biological resources , it is not only a promising low-cost , high-quality animal protein source , and a variety of active ingredients can be obtained after deep processing , has a large potential for development can be developed into medicine, health care products, chemical and biological agents and chemical products , and difficult to treat therapy applied to cancer, AIDS , is a hot research topic in recent years and highlights . Paper Sarcophagidae protein extraction and the lectin purified and identified system get complete protein extract high-purity single lectin protein ; conducted a preliminary analysis and Sarcophagidae full protein electrophoresis pattern lectin . Experimental purposes : to establish the Sarcophagidae protein extraction methods and reasonable extraction program , Sarcophagidae pure protein , to create the conditions for the production Sarcophagidae full protein electrophoresis pattern , Sarcophagidae proteomics research accumulated data . The Sarcophagidae lectin purification and identification of research to obtain high purity Sarcophagidae lectin , lay the foundation for the comprehensive development and utilization Sarcophagidae resources to establish the program can learn the development and utilization of resources for other insect protein . Experimental methods: on the basis of the preliminary test , the the Sarcophagidae protein composition characteristics , namely, soluble , alcohol soluble , alkali extraction method with brine extraction albumin was separated from the skim Sarcophagidae powder , small peptides, globulin, gliadin and alkali-soluble protein and other types of protein , and protein content was measured , using technologies such as orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction conditions , protein extraction program designed Sarcophagidae obtained high purity Sarcophagidae protein , for the production of Sarcophagidae full protein electrophoresis pattern . Affinity chromatography and received agglutinin titer of 256; the the Sarcophagidae lectin relative molecular mass 82.9KD .
