Small peptides generally refer to 2 to 3 amino composition of acid. The study found that small peptide preparation can stimulate the weaned piglet intestinal development, enhance the body immunity, so as to enhance animal growth and development. But the study of use plant small peptides lactating sows and fattening pigs on growth performance and immune properties is currently rare. By accession of plant small peptide in the lactating sows and fattening pigs, the impact on production performance and immune performance will be acquired..In order to study the effect of active plant peptides on product performance and the mechanism, 160 lactating sows crossbred PIC were randomly allotted into four groups with four replicate per group. DealⅠwas blood group globulin, processingⅡ,Ⅲpeptide group were small plants,Ⅳfor pig control group fed blood plasm diet. Test basic diet from corn, soybean meal and other conventional raw materials composition. Dietary digestible energy, crude protein levels were 13.67MJ/kg.DM and 17.95%. Other nutrients reference NRC (1998) the nutritional needs of pig standard supply. The results show that sow diets add 4% of the plants of small peptide reduce food intake sow. Effect of 2% of plants small peptide enhances lactating capacity, and is superior to blood globulin powder and 4% of small plants peptide group. Sow diets add 4% of the plant small peptide or 2% of the blood globulin powder may increase the solids content of whole milk, but adding plants small peptides and blood globulin powder can’t improve the level of milk protein and milk fat. Add 2%, 4% of plant small peptide or blood globulin powder can increase the weight gain in piglets, in which add 4% plants small peptide is significant according to the analysis. Add 4% of small peptide test group of plants has trend of improving serum immunoglobulin in lactating sows, but is not significant with the plasma group and blood groups.Test II selected 160 94-day-old Fattening pigs to test the impact on the performance trait and immunological functioning. Test is divided into 4 groups of 4 repeat. The first groupⅠwas the control group fed basic diet, and groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ, fed 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% small peptides respectively.Test weight in the beginning and end. The results show that Fattening pigs diets supplemented with an appropriate amount of small peptide can improve the feed conversion ratio. Small peptide can increase the weight gain of fattening pigs and improve feed conversion. The difference of average intake was not significant. Pig serum immunoglobulin difference was not significant.
