Abstract


Pyridine-2 ,6 - dicarboxylic acid (abbreviated as H 2 DPC) is a substance having biological activity in vivo, and its derivatives, complexes have been widely research and application. Pyridine-2, 6 - dicarboxylic acid complexes still rarely reported. Three different structures of the single crystal with H 2 DPC synthesis reaction with the transition metal salt, the determination of the crystal structure. Structural analysis shows the complex (1) [Co (1, (DPC) 2-Co (2) (OH2) 5] is a no reported bridged binuclear complex belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2 < sub> 1 / c, unit cell parameters: a = 8.3850 (10) A, b = 27.386 (4) A, c = 9.610 (2) A, beta = 98.280 (10) A, V = 2183.8 ( 6) A 3 , Dc = 1.746Mg/m3, Z = 4, μ = 1.597mm-1, F (000) = 1168, deviation from the structure factor R = 0.0253 and ωR = 0.0610, consistent factor S = 1.009, Co 1 and the Co 2 of coordination polyhedra are distorted regular octahedron, [(DPC) 2 Co 1 ] has the approximate D 2d symmetry [OCO (2) (the OH 2 )] has the approximate C 2 The symmetry of the complex (2) and (3) the structural formula were the ICO (HDPC) 2 ] · 3H2O, [Ni (HDPC) 2 ] · 3H 2 O, the two complexes of similar structure, belong to the monoclinic system, space group P2 1 / c, unit cell parameters: [Co (HDPC) 2] · 3H2O, a = 13.857 (23A, b = 10.930 (10) A, c = 13.690 (2) A, β = 115.800 (10), V = 1723.8 (4) A, Dc = 1.715Mg / m ', μ = 1.062 mm ':, F (000) = 908, structure deviation factor R = 0.323 and ωR = 0.0885, consistent factor S = 0.984, [Ni (HDPC) 2] 3H2Oa = 13.670 (2) A, b = 10.043 (10) A, c = 13.767 (2) A, β = 115.140 (10) ', V = 1711.0 (4) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.727Mg/m3, μ = 1.201mm-1, F (000) = 912 , the structure deviation factor R = 0.0288 and ωR = 0.0798, consistent factor S = 1.013. H2DPC is a three-tridentate ligand, two HDPC-monoanionic almost vertical angle, with each providing an N atom and two O atoms and metal ions (N, CO2 ') integration, three structures more hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network structure. H2DPC, metal ions (C02', Ni2 ', Cu2') and phenanthroline (phen), 8 - hydroxyquinoline (HOX) synthesized four ternary complexes by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and thermal spectrum, molar conductance data of the complexes were characterized speculated that the composition of the complexes may be Co (Ox) (DPC) 4.5H2O, Cu (Ox) (DPC) .4 H20 and M (phen) (DPC) · 3.5H2O (M = Ni2, Co2,).
