Abstract


This paper is divided into two chapters . The first chapter is the literature review , In recent years the development of ion chromatography analysis were reviewed , a total of 109 citations . The second chapter describes the principle and application of ion chromatography analysis . Section I : Introduction to sample preparation method for the elemental analysis of organic samples . Section II : pretreatment with oxygen flask combustion method an antiarrhythmic the disorders medicine - amiodarone hydrochloride , iodine in this compound converted into iodide ions were measured with single - column anion chromatography , classic volumetric method comparison , the F-test , the precision of the two methods was no statistical significant difference , while the ion chromatography shows a fast and simple features ; III: single column for anion chromatography to establish a simultaneous analysis of organic and inorganic anions method. The method has been applied to determination of the persimmon leaf organic acids and inorganic anions , good separation with high sensitivity and accuracy .
