Abstract


This thesis is dimethyl silicone liquid phase deposition of silica modified ZSM-5 zeolite prepared toluene shape selective disproportionation catalyst . Using medium-pressure fixed - bed microreactor catalyst performance was evaluated investigated zeolite cation type , firing atmosphere in the silica to alumina ratio , the catalyst modification , the silicone oil viscosity , the amount of silica deposited catalyst of Central Africa zeolite powder the nature of the modification effect . Used as raw material paraxylene side effects were investigated . Combination of IR, nitrogen adsorption , transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to 2 < / sup > 7Al -NMR the NH 3 - TPD , DTA characterization methods , and m-xylene , 1,3,5 - isopropyl probe molecules of benzene the reaction on the catalyst before and after the modification of the physical properties were investigated . Through the above investigation , the initial establishment of the the modified affect the mechanism of zeolite acidic pore structure model , modified a bit selective mechanism of the model as well as the side effects occurred mechanistic model . The results show that : the thermal decomposition reaction under the catalysis of the silicone oil in the outer surface of the zeolite ZSM-5 hydroxy to form a silica film , the silicone oil thermal oxidation reaction to promote uniform deposition of the silica film ; precipitated silica modified zeolite orifice Refine outer surface acid passivation , resulting toluene shape - selective disproportionation reaction on bit selective ; weak oxidation stability of the silicone oil , acid binder , high aluminosilicate zeolite than not conducive to a bit selective improvement ; toluene side reactions of the shape - selective disproportionation xylene dealkylation , hydrocracking , and the transalkylation reaction , the acidity of the zeolite , the degree of modification of the catalyst have an impact on the side reaction .
