Abstract


The stranded ship security as an object of study . Lack of security of the stranded ship recognized indicators , and particularly affected by the environment and fuzziness aground on the safety of the ship . Based on elaborate stranded ship security research status quo of the system analysis affect the stranded ship security nature of the main factors , the use of DELPHI expert investigation method and level analysis method (AHP) Judge stranded ship security nature of the index system and indicators of the right weight membership function , the use of multi-level comprehensive evaluation method in the fuzzy mathematics , as well as indicators of each evaluation grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model prediction stranded ship security . Evaluation model can be widely applied to the ship , the competent authority and the relevant decision-makers in the ship grounding accidents occurred , the assessment of the security situation of the stranded ship , ship to take timely , reasonable , and provide the basis for scientific assistance and de- light method , to reduce errors in human judgment , and the protection of marine life and property safety .
