In this study the 1-day-old male and female mixed Cherry Valley Meat Ap 3000 feathers, were randomly divided into six treatments , each treatment five replicates , each repeated 100 birds , initial body weight to ensure basic consistency ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Test with 3 × 2 experimental design , dietary energy set high , medium and low levels , protein set high , low two levels . A trial period of 42 days to investigate the impact of different energy and protein levels of Cherry Valley duck production performance , carcass quality and economic benefits . Test at 14 days of age , 28 -day-old and 42 -day-old duck fasting the weighed and statistics feed intake , in order to calculate the daily feed intake , daily gain , feed conversion and weight , combined with the feed cost of each treatment making meat cost and gross profit . Duck slaughter at 42 days of age , each repeated extraction 10 conducted a the slaughter test to calculate the carcass indicators . Test data using SAS software processing , the use of SAS software ANOVA analysis of variance , Duncan Law mean multiple comparisons . The results show that : (1) energy level of feed intake and feed conversion Ducks significant (P lt; 0.05), daily gain ( growth rate ) had no significant effect on certain energy concentration within affect the 0-14 day-old cherry Valley duck production performance ; the protein level ducks feed intake , feed conversion and average daily gain impact is not significant , but significant (P lt; 0.01) . ( 2 ) the energy levels of abdominal fat percentage Ducks have a significant effect ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Ducks can improve carcass quality increase protein levels . ( 3) the results of this test , the energy and protein levels of the different stages of Cherry Valley Duck 0-14 day old ME11.51MJ/kg , the CP20 % ,15- 28 -day-old ME11.72MJ/kg , CP17 % , 29 - 42 -day-old ME11.92MJ/kg, CP15% , to achieve better economic efficiency .
