Abstract


Abstract:This thesis mainly discuss about the dairy industry between inner and abroad, and put forward the significance of developing the dairy industry, and make a preliminary analysis and forecast of the development of the dairy industry between inner and abroad, and show us the research background of this thesis. This subject based on turned to plenty of the literatures datas, the management of stock raising, cattlogy etc, then deeply analyzed the competition of the dairy industry in Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps Agricultural 8th Division, and bring forward the strategy about it.Focus on the analysis the dairy industry in Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps Agricultural 8th Division. Analyzing between the history and modern status, aiming at the problem of producing raw milk and dairy produce, pointing out a series of problem about the quality supervision of the raw milk at scale cattle farm in Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps Agricultural 8th Division,and analyzing the factors of influencing the quality and quantity of raw milk.
