Abstract

This paper plants soil culture experiments , analysis of different concentrations of rare earth with urea and applied soil mineral nitrogen , ammonium nitrogen, nitrate and pH values ??were measured . The results show that , when rare earth application rate of more than 10mg/kg , to a certain extent can inhibit urea hydrolysis and weakened the nitrification of ammonium nitrogen after hydrolysis to reduce gaseous loss of nitrogen , and nitrate leaching , which is conducive to the soil after hydrolysis of urea nitrogen retention . Langmuir isotherm curve to explore the influence of rare earth soil phosphorus adsorption performance , found that the rare earth was applied to reduce soil phosphorus adsorption capacity, reduced soil phosphorus adsorption capacity . The root bag method the corn pot experiment , to explore the rare earth elements on the rhizosphere soil nitrogen , phosphorus species distribution and bioavailability . The rare earth elements enables the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil available nitrogen , phosphorus content decreased significantly , and with rare earth elements was applied to increase significantly weakened , the rhizosphere effective nitrogen, phosphorus enrichment effects . The high concentration of rare earth could significantly inhibit the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil organic nitrogen mineralization and urease enzyme activity . These results are bound to affect the rare earth elements on the corn seedling stage of the nitrogen and phosphorus absorption .
