Abstract

Diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) is a worldwide cruciferous vegetable pests, has different patterns of resistance to commonly used pesticides in the production has brought great difficulties to chemical control. Abamectin is an antibiotic insecticides, animal parasites and a variety of agricultural pest mite with better control effect. China since the late 1980s, the introduction of separation of avermectin production prime bacteria, in recent years, such pesticide products has become a leading drug prevention and treatment in China's vegetable production on the diamondback moth. This paper studies the abamectin on the biological activity of the diamondback moth, by measuring avermectin stomach toxicity of diamondback moth larvae, adult longevity and fecundity contact toxicity of diamondback moth eggs, and temperature Abamectin virulence, the results show that, Plutella xylostella populations are extremely sensitive to abamectin, abamectin diamondback moth larvae virulence significantly higher than that of conventional pesticides. Abamectin diamondback moth eggs non-contact toxicity, no significant effect on adult longevity and fecundity. Temperature have a larger impact on the virulence of the avermectin, abamectin diamondback moth larvae in the temperature range of 15 ~ 32 ℃ virulence is enhanced as the temperature increases, the temperature rose to 15 ℃ 32 ° C, avermectin diamondback moth larvae increased virulence of 32.35 times. The study with avermectin resistant strain of Plutella xylostella populations in the area of ??Fuzhou cuisine screening, breeding for 15 generations, diamondback moth resistance than breeding improved 66.44 times, indicating the existence of Diamondback Moth to Abamectin resistance potential, indicates that in under high intensity Pharmacy select, Plutella xylostella populations will likely generate a high level of resistance to abamectin. Were measured before and after the screening of the resistant strains tested diamondback moth cypermethrin, malathion, methomyl Wei, sensitivity to suppression CPIC and other pesticides virulence, the results showed that the resistant strains of cypermethrin, malathion off Federal Way, chlorfluazuron pesticides did not exhibit cross-resistance. Detoxification ester inhibitors Pb and TPP to abamectin efficiency 1.61 times and 1.38 times, respectively, the diamondback moth avermectins resistance may be related to the multi-function oxidase and phosphatase activity. To 11 experimental population life table by building the arrest of the diamondback moth abamectin resistant strain (R) and susceptible strain (S) the real Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Gu's degree thesis, comparing both the growth and reproduction of biological features found in the small Levin moth R strain in the biological characteristics of the egg stage, the larval stage, pupal stage and emergence rate of egg hatching string no significant difference between the S strain, but the R strain per head average female moths lay eggs than S strains of every female Mindanao average 15.8% decline in fecundity, the results show that the R strain does not exist on the growth and development of adverse, but has a certain degree of reproductive adverse the R strain relative to the S strain 0.85 fitness .
