Abstract

, Antibiotics, and B vitamins are very important in the diets formulated two types of feed additives in animal nutrition, there is a certain relationship between the two, because the use of antibiotics will reduce the number of harmful micro-organisms in the intestinal tract, thus changing the intestinal The composition and quantity of microorganisms. Microbial synthesis in B vitamins may be part of the intestine, the intestinal microbial changes accordingly affect the endogenous synthesis of B vitamins, and ultimately affect nutrient metabolism of B vitamins and demand. At home and abroad are few reports in this regard. This study from the production of antibiotics and broiler easier for a lack of B vitamins (riboflavin), first elected to the two antibiotics; significant impact of riboflavin nutritional physiology from production performance, biochemical indicators impact of different doses of two antibiotics and different levels of riboflavin riboflavin nutritional physiology of broiler; research and then through the small intestine, the intestinal wall changes in organizational structure, microbial culture methods to explore its mechanism. To guide scientific use of antibiotics and riboflavin reached promoting broiler performance, improve economic efficiency. Test an antibiotic affect broiler riboflavin nutritional physiological screening studies of different antibiotics on broiler riboflavin nutritional physiology screened its significant effects of two kinds of antibiotics. 420 1-day-old AA broilers were divided into seven treatments located five replicates per treatment. Against the enemy prime 100mg/kg the chlortetracycline, 20mg/kg sulfuric acid were added to the basal diet (riboflavin 3.51mg/kg), 50mg/kg olaquindox 20mg/kg virginiamycin, 5mg/kg flavomycin, 2.0mg/kg of riboflavin. Statistics in 21-day-old broiler performance, leg paralysis, morbidity, mortality, measured in the liver, blood riboflavin. The results show that: (1) add a different antibiotic or 2.0mg/kgVB 2 can significantly improve the average 21-day-old broiler weight gain and average feed consumption (P <0.05); adding sulfuric acid against the enemy prime olaquindox flavomycin can significantly reduce their feed consumption weight gain than add the antibiotic group and add 2.0mg/kg VB production performance 2 group (P <0.05); no significant difference (P> 0.05 ). (2) add different antibiotics to reduce the incidence of 21-day-old broiler leg paralysis 29.4% -50.3%; Add 2.0mg/kg VB 2 to reduce the 54%. (3) Add chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid against the enemy prime flavomycin can significantly improve broiler liver riboflavin (P <0.05), and three add 2.0mg/kg of VB 2 There was no significant difference (P> 0.05); different antibiotics the 2.0mg/kg VB 2 riboflavin content of whole blood, no significant effect (P> 0.05). Production performance, the sulfuric acid against the enemy prime and flavomycin, the effect of the best; biochemical indicators, chlortetracycline and sulfuric acid against the enemy of the best of the prime. Take into account the growth-promoting effects of antibiotics, the test mainly biochemical markers, to determine chlortetracycline and sulfuric against the enemy prime for significant effects of two antibiotics of riboflavin nutritional physiology. Test two different doses basin neomycin sulfate against the enemy prime of broiler riboflavin nutritional physiological studies with different doses of chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid against the enemy prime and different levels of riboflavin riboflavin nutritional physiology of broiler. 840 1-day-old AA broilers were divided into 15 treatments, each processing ear replicates, male female. Using 5X3 basal diet (Riboflavin 29lwtg), add in a completely randomized design: two kinds of antibiotics, each of two doses (gold mycophenolate tired 50. 100ng/kg; sulfuric acid against the enemy prime 10,20 m outside g); Add 3 the riboflavin level (0, a 8 lug few g). 2-week-old, 5-week-old production performance statistics. Determination the liver muscle riboflavin deposition and erythrocyte valley of muscle Gan peptide reductase activity coefficient (EGRAC). The results show that: door) diets add antibiotics did not affect the production performance of 14 broiler birds noon, but add 100mg/kg chlortetracycline late (35 days old) can significantly reduce feed consumption weight gain (P <0 .05). (2) When the actual requirements of dietary riboflavin levels below the broiler or close to the actual requirements, add stheg / kg chlortetracycline, 20nlg eight g sulfuric acid against the enemy elements can significantly improve the 213 the already-day-old broiler liver riboflavin deposition (Factory <0.05). (4.8) diets supplemented with whom H. g / kg nuclear yellow cable could significantly improve the 0-35 day-old broiler performance and liver deposition printed tight corner. 01) N) adding different doses of chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid against the enemy elements and different levels of riboflavin on the 14, 35-day-old IkJ the chicken E {iR4C no significant shadow noon (P> 0.05). Test three different doses of chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid against the enemy prime impact on broiler small intestine intestinal tissue structure and riboflavin intestinal absorption relationship to evaluate the effectiveness of different doses of chlortetracycline sparse acid Grilled therefore factors by influencing intestinal wall structure on intestinal riboflavin absorption shadow noon. The i-type experience study the amount of riboflavin add not at the same time (ms / ks # mg / xg), to add different doses of chlortetracycline and sulfuric acid against the enemy prime lead day-old broiler small intestine (including duodenum, jejunum ileum) structure of intestinal tissue shadow noon. The results showed that: different doses of chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid resist the enemy and claim the lead: 45 H instar broiler small intestine, the intestinal wall silk weaving discipline structure had no significant effect (P> 0.05) c test four different doses of chlortetracycline anti sulfate enemy hormone on intestinal microorganisms affect their relationship with riboflavin endogenous synthesis and addition of different doses of gold insulin, anti-change cable broiler riboflavin endogenous synthesis by affecting the intestinal microbial sulfate of this study add different doses of chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid against the enemy pro 28-day-old broiler cecum three dominant bacteria flora, the cecum riboflavin synthesis as well as bowel riboflavin absorption. The results show that: () amount of dietary riboflavin. g / ks, add gold mildew tired, sulfuric acid against the enemy elements can significantly reduce the number of E. coli in the 28-day-old the flesh l Uzbekistan cecum (P <0.05), and their number continues to decrease with the increase in the dose of the anti-living index, . Against the enemy prime add 20 1fig/kg of sulfuric acid can significantly increase the number of 28-day-old broiler cecal bifidobacteria (P \significant P> 0.05). adding different doses of chlortetracycline, sulfuric acid against the enemy prime number of 28-day-old broiler cecal Lactobacillus no significant effect (P>
