Abstract


By of Dendrobium Compound and Diamicron 6O patients with type II diabetes TCM Syndrome is a yin deficiency heat of Sheng and Qiyinliangxu patients efficacy analysis and modeling of hyperglycemia animal experimental studies , preliminary observation hypoglycemic effect of the mixture and the clinical symptoms , blood lipids , blood viscosity and other effects in order to facilitate the development and application . Animal experiments with adrenaline and alloxan modeling ; clinical observation using a combination of disease and syndrome differentiation , Yin Deficiency and Heat Qiyinliangxu were divided into normal group, Dendrobium Compound treatment group and a control group of Diamicron TCM symptoms , blood sugar , blood lipids , blood viscosity changes observed before and after treatment . Experimental results show that : the mixture has a significantly lower adrenaline and alloxan model animal blood glucose ( P <0.001 ) , the blood sugar back to normal , and its more effective than phenformin acetophenone guanidine (P <0.02), similar to the excellent drop sugar (P> 0.05), and no the glibenclamide hypoglycemia side reaction . Clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group hypoglycemic significant efficiency were 63.3% , 23.3% ; total effective rate of 96.7% , 73.3% , of II diabetes markedly effective rate : 86.7% , 43.3% in the treatment group significantly better than the control group (P < 0.01 ) . Conclusion: Dendrobium Compound has not only directly reduces blood sugar , but also has a role to improve patient symptoms : of Dendrobium Mixture or Western medicine with the Dendrobium Compound efficacy was significantly better than Diamicron Diamicron with the other class of antidiabetic drugs , the study the results laid the foundation for the drug as a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes with the development and application of important value .
