Abstract


Objective: To further investigate the hepatitis B virus to carry the security problem of maternal breastfeeding , the authors used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection of HBV-DNA in Guangxi positive for hepatitis B markers maternal colostrum . Methods: random sample of 62 cases of pregnancy detection have a hepatitis B serological markers (H BVM) as control positive and normal liver function maternal and 1O cases of HBV markers negative health maternal , using PCR to detect HBV-DNA colostrum , and with the detection result of the serum HBV markers were compared. : The 62 cases HBVM positive mothers in 35 cases detected in HBV-DNA (56.5%), while no case of positive control group . 21 cases ( 21 / 24 ) positive 24 cases of HBsAg / HBeAg / anti-HBc positive maternal colostrum ; 12 cases HBsAg / anti -HBe / anti -HBc positive mothers Colostrum has six cases of the four cases ( 4 / 12 ) ; HBsAg / HBeAg positive in 4 cases were positive ( 4 / 6 ) ; seven cases of HBsAg / anti -HBc positive cases were positive ( 3 / 7 ) ; HBsAg- positive patients were positive ( 1 / 3 ) ; the cases of anti -HBs / anti-HBc positive cases were positive ( 1 / 3 ) ; 3 cases of HBsAg / anti -HBs / anti-HBc positive cases were positive ( 1 / 3 ) ; antibody positive maternal colostrum no case of detection of HBV-DNA . HBeAg positive group was maternal colostrum the detoxification rate significantly higher than the HBeAg-negative group ( P <0.0001 ) . Conclusion: neonatal strengthen immune markers of hepatitis B positive mothers , should be detected HBV -DNA in milk . Milk in HBV-DNA positive not to breastfeed .
