Pediatrics children with nephrotic syndrome (nephrotic syndrome, NS) is a common disease, the onset factors that may be related to immune dysfunction , coagulation disorders , kidney metabolites injury factors are also involved . The slow progress of the disease in loss of government mistreatment may eventually develop into renal failure . TCM clinical manifestations of this disease are mostly \Direct from governance \Line water Huoxue Recipe Poria , Achyranthes , Zeeland , twig, licorice , Rhizoma Imperatae Atractylodes , motherwort , has the role of blood to the water line . The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of the line water and blood Treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome . First, adriamycin nephrotic syndrome model , randomized , divided into line water Huoxue party group , line water Huoxue recipe plus prednisone group , prednisone group , model control group and the normal control group , each group of 15 rats , eight weeks after the comparative efficacy between the groups . The results showed : the line the water promoting blood can decrease the rat model of 24 - hour urinary protein excretion , serum Bun and Scr, elevated serum albumin , outstanding performance in improving blood rheology and reduce flesh mesothelin . On the basis of the experimental results , the use of quasi-randomized clinical control study , 30 cases of qualified subjects were divided into two groups , Ⅰ group was treated with prednisone , a total of 14 cases, Ⅱ group to prednisone plus line water activating blood prescription total 16 cases . 8 weeks post-test indicators , change with the experimental results are consistent , higher than group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ clinical efficacy .
