Abstract

Objective: To investigate the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) changes in myocardial injury , hypoxia to certain animal experimental basis for clinical application and mechanisms of action of CGRP . Materials and Methods: SD rats 40 , hypoxia model were randomly divided into normal control group and hypoxia group (10 minutes , 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes ) . By observing the plasma and myocardial tissue CGRP , including cardiac enzymes : lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) , creatine kinase ( CK ) , creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK - MB ) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content change , research CGRP and hypoxic myocardial injury relations and its mechanism of action . Results: hypoxia group cardiac enzymes ( LDH , CK , CK - MB ) activity, myocardial tissue levels of CGRP significantly increased compared with the control group were significantly different ( P < 0.01 ) . Plasma levels of CGRP hypoxia group in a short time ( < 30 minutes) was significantly higher plasma CGRP levels were significantly lower , with the prolonged hypoxia . Myocardial tissue CGRP levels in plasma CGRP levels were significantly negatively correlated ( r = -0.7432 , p < 0.01 ) . Hypoxia group blood MDA content was significantly higher than normal control group ( p < 0.01 ) , with changes in enzyme activity in a certain correlation . A negative correlation between plasma CGRP and MDA ( r = -0.50, p < 0.05 ) . Conclusion: 1 , hypoxic myocardial tissue levels of CGRP increased plasma levels of CGRP decreased gradually , both showed a significant negative correlation , suggesting that the pathological process in the CGRP involved in hypoxia . 2 , myocardial injury is more serious , the lower the plasma levels of CGRP , a protective effect of CGRP in the process of myocardial injury . 3 , plasma levels of CGRP MDA certain correlation CGRP may be prompted by inhibiting the role of oxygen free radicals and myocardial protection .
