Abstract


In this study, the TE scale , cartel 16PF Personality Factor Inventory , Tennessee Self Concept Scale Symptom Checklist conducted a questionnaire survey of 337 secondary school teachers in Guiyang City , the results show that: 1 . Secondary school teacher 's personal teaching efficacy is higher than the general teaching efficacy , secondary school teachers teaching efficacy related to seniority , lower secondary school teachers in those early days teaching efficacy , and then gradually increased seniority of 6-10 years , and later again gradually decreased ; teaching Efficacy in ordinary schools , followed by work in the key middle school teachers , followed by vocational secondary teachers working . 2. Secondary school teachers teaching efficacy and its two dimensions of self and self-concept total score as well as the physiological , psychological self , family self , social self , self-identity , self - satisfaction , self - action was a significant or highly significant correlation with the ethical self , self-criticism was not significantly correlated . 3 . Secondary school teachers teaching efficacy and its two dimensions 16PF intelligence , stability , perseverance , the courage , self-discipline were significantly or very significantly correlated with suspicion , anxiety , tension was a significant or very a significant negative correlation . 4 . Secondary school teachers personal teaching efficacy and self - assessment symptoms of terror was highly significant negative correlation , general teaching efficacy and interpersonal symptoms , anxiety, hostility and other positive correlation was low , in addition, secondary school teachers efficacy and its the dimensions are the symptoms and symptom score in was a low negative correlation .
