Abstract

The the Huazhong holly (Ilex Centrochinensis SY Hu), also known as Central Jugu, or Huazhong thorn holly, Ilex holly is evergreen species, beautiful tree, fruit red, long-term, persistent, well ornamental gardens and urban green plants. The Huazhong Holly common in Hunan Shimen, hole, Yizhang, Nanyue, 300 meters above sea level to 800 meters of the mountain of broadleaved forests or forest edge. Southwest China's Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou and other places are also distributed. At present production holly tree breeding is still propagated by seed-based, but still can not meet the demand of the market. Some research to facilitate a large number of nursery cuttings, tissue culture propagation methods, but the technology is immature, most of them still remain in the experimental stage, need further study. Bone structure, vegetative cutting propagation of the issues with China Transpiration Characteristics of study. Tests in Changsha City, Hunan Province, Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology and its nearby areas, the experimental results are as follows: (1) Huazhong holly branches inserted vegetative cutting propagation. The good cutting propagation time is December hardwood cuttings, stem growth decreased activity and store enough nutrients for the winter. Followed by softwood cuttings in June breeding Huazhong holly is more feasible, in March and September, is relatively not suitable for cutting propagation Huazhong holly. (2) Central holly cuttings cuttings need to use rooting hormone treatment will achieve better results. By the potassium salt K-NAA 1000 mg / L after treatment, the cuttings rooting rate can reach up to 79.8%, the average root length of 5.4cm, the best rooting, Huazhong holly promote root agent. K-IBA, and K-NAA can improve the adventitious root incidence Huazhong wintergreen cuttings, rooting hormones potassium salt of state with respect to the other carrier will be better promote the generation of adventitious roots, because potassium salts of the state can be directly dissolved in water do not need to use alcohol to help dissolve. Rooting quality and rooting rate trend is basically the same. (3) lighting conditions significantly transpiration rate of the plant seedlings, transpiration rate under various lighting conditions, semi-shade gt; full illumination gt; whole shade seedlings transpiration rate under each light treatment is broadly consistent with trends. This shows that the semi-shade the seedlings, can effectively improve the transpiration rate of the seedlings, promote the absorption of water, minerals, salts and other nutrients from the roots to plant the upper part of the transport, and can effectively reduce seedling leaf temperature to ensure that the plant a physiologically appropriate body temperature can be kept in strong sunlight midsummer, and will not wilt wither. This is an important reference for improving the survival rate of seedlings to ensure the rapid propagation of Huazhong holly and scientific cultivation and significance.
