Abstract


Originated from the theory of enterprise’s capability, with inquiring the nature of firm, this paper gives the concept of enterprise’s competence, and further presents the frame of enterprise’s competence analysis. After a deep analyze on the Color-TV- making enterprises, the paper presents the basic way to improve the enterprise’s competence. The paper is composed of four parts. Chapter One: Introduction-the question. Chapter Two: The study of the concept of enterprise’s competence .it is a study of the basic theory. Chapter Three: The frame of enterprise’s competence analysis. Chapter Four: Case study and the basic way to improve the enterprise’s competence.
