Abstract


This article discusses the significance and feasibility of banks' bad assets securitization and securitization of non-performing assets concrete operational thinking and analysis of its existence Difficulties and Countermeasures . The article is divided into four parts: The first part elaborates the meaning and operation of the asset securitization , and discusses the need for China's implementation of the securitization of non-performing assets from the macro and micro aspects . The second part of the face of China's banking feasibility of non-performing assets securitization from the four winds were the focus of analysis begins with the theoretical analysis , mainly from the securitized assets must have the condition and our Bank classification of non-performing assets to analyze and determine the securities of non-performing assets of the range , and discusses the method of selecting the securitized assets , procedures, and how to make up for the defects of the securitization of non-performing assets . Followed by analysis of the modern financial technology (including technical support mathematical analysis of technical, institutional defect compensation technology, a combination of technology ) securitization of non-performing assets . Fourth, the support of China 's external economic environment, the securitization of non-performing assets .
