Abstract


The subject of this paper is focus on Business Ethics, includ- ing two parts: Part I: case presentation ; Part II: case analysis. In the first part , the author made a systematic and dynamic description of the development history of global Merko and the successful growth of China Merko, and mainly reproduced the presentation of Merko Business Ethics and the implementation and operation of the system, especially the picture of how China Merko carrid out its Business Ethics when facing the serious challenge about ethics after she entered the China market. In the second part, the author applied a new abstract theory to analyse the successful development of global and China Merko, and pointed out that the key feature of strength the synthetic ability of competition is the balance of Humanity , Sociality, Efficiency and Competition, and then made a conclusion from a new angle that implementation and operation of Business Ethics is the basis to ensure the consistant development of the company.
