Abstract


Lucent Technologies Business Communications Systems (BCS) , from 1995 sales of its user programmable switch products in China . The face of the market conditions of the program-controlled switches , and then began the call center market demand since 1997 , BCS , proceed with the call center marketing program work , has made ??in the telecommunications and financial sectors targeted promotional achieved a certain degree of market acceptance , but also faces strong competitors .
