Abstract


As one of the most imPortan participants in the securities make, thesecurities corporations play a positiVe role in promoting the develoPment ofsecurities market in our coUnap accomPlishing the transformation of socialfunding pallems, propelling the reform of state-owned enterprises, raisingthe market efficiency and optimizing resources distribution. Some problemsexist in the domestic securities corporations at present such as small caPitalscales, weak fund strength, cramed scopes of operation, single structure ofprofit, imPerfect intemal control, serious phenomena of violating’ regulationsand lack of qualified personnel.In order to meet challenges frOm fOreign securities corporations, thedomestic securities corporations muSt form their own comPetitive power atthe core through allaching imPortance to personnel training and establishingscientific and modem persounel administration systhe. At the same time,the domestic securities corporations must enhance their own scales to carryollt the large(scale production according to caPital and shares increase,takeovers and mergers, progressively evolve their respective managingadvanages and business specialities by developing vigorously businessincluding enterprises takeovers, mergers and realignment as well as assetsmanagement. On the Other hand, the securities corporations should bepropelled to manage steadily and properly by the establishment of riskprevention system.
