Abstract

In China 's listed companies, shareholding structure is irrational because some companies and other reasons , resulting in the operating mechanism has not been completely converted , business efficiency is not high. That exist in the real economic sector in question , gives us optimize the shareholding structure of the theoretical topics . Firstly, on the shareholding structure and its optimization involved in the general theory are discussed, studied what is equity and equity structure , ownership structure and the classification of the main factors affecting ownership structure , ownership structure and its optimization discusses the relevant theories , pointed out the shareholding structure of optimized content, especially examines the ownership structure and corporate governance of listed companies as well as change their operational mechanism of the relationship .
