Abstract


In securities business, To meet the need of securities investors is the aim of accounting information. But, The financial analysis, as one part of accounting information system, hasn抰 been equal to its role for long time. So the value of accounting information is limited in securities market. The key to improve the financial analysis methods & to enhance the value of accounting information drives at the VA (value analysis) must be object of financial analysis. To make use of the VA functions improve the financial analysis. On the direction of the value of enterprise evaluation, the valuation methods about enterprise is researched with the option price model & the financial project theory in this article. The main content as follows: Chapter one: The price fixing system by information in securities market is interpreted, the important of accounting information & financial analyses in securities market be discussed. Chapter two: The present financial technology is listed, The shortage of present financial technology is discussed Chapter three: On the necessary of securities investors, the need of securities investors for financial analysis is discussed. Chapter four: The appraisal method about the value of enterprise is put forward. To explain the parameters in the method and the method is practical by the accounting information in the financial statement.
