Abstract


The information industry is our focus on supporting the development of pillar industries in the 21st century. As one of the most brilliant part of the software industry is an important economic growth point in China to be among the forefront of the world. China's accession to the WTO soon, the the software another new force in China's export trade will be, the corresponding software intellectual property protection will also be explicitly mentioned in the agenda.
