Abstract


How to make net ional tax income keep pace with the development of c;DP?It is a current important issue of national tax organizations. This paper related to Lhe points in national economic system and inrease of national tax income is to seek the optimal plan and way to the issue. In this paper the author claims that he national tax income status of Hubei province is out of proportion to its level. Why? The reasons are as follows. (1) Industrial structure isn?t reasonable, which leads to the improper relation between the increase of GDP and the increase of the national tax income. (2) Structure of tax sources isn?t proper which causes the unsteady rise of national tax income. (3) Imperfect system of ownership is another reasom that contributes to the unbalanced tax income owing to the different economic sectors. (4) Imprefeet structures of various kinds of taxes prevent the potential increase of the national tax income. (5) Financial system isn?t sound, which leads to the failure of taxation and the wrong faxation by other nonational tax organliations. (6) GDP statistic index problems contribute to vague figure of the national tax income pereantage in GDP. (7) The Rules in taxation and the laus concerned aren?t flawles. There exixt problems. How to solve the problems? There are six methods offered in this paper: 1 Gonvert one?s vicus about taxation and make the vieus suitable for the devclopment of Chinese socialist economy. 2 Adjust the industrial structure and change the way of making the economy increase. 3?Optimize the taxation sources strucfure. 4 Adjust the structure of taxation system. 5 Standardize the finance system and prevent the too much increase of government income 6 Standardize the rules and laws concerned of taxation and enhance the efficiency and level of taxation work.
