Abstract


Economic-technical development set up in 1984, after the special economic zones have made breakethrough progress. In the thought of Comrade Deng Xiaoping himself, economic-technical development have been entrustedto similar policy with special economic zone, and refered to the practice of special economic zone. The state economic development zone was ratified by the State Council in september this year. It have extended gradually from coast to inland for over sixteen years,since the first economic technical development zone was set up in Dalian, the total of it is over 32 ,untill 1999.The esterblishment and development of economic-technical development zone is an important strategic step, during the course of reform and open to the outside world.Under the right leading of the Party Central Committee and the state council, through pioneering an enterprise with painstaking and positive exploration, economictechnical development zones have got great success. Specially, in making use of foreign capital,it functions as a window, a radiation, and plays an examplary role and a leading role. Economictechnical development zones contributes outstandingly to the growth of G.D.P.This essay by analysing of experience and success of coastal economic development regions , find backward reasons of five development zones, analysis the present situation of it, and give some suggestion about how to develop it. It divided four different parts. Among them the suggestion part is key to the essay, it gives expression to sugesstion of auther himself.
