Abstract


Clothing, food, shelter and transportation are the basic necessities of life. “Home ownership”is the best wish for the people. Nowadays, there is no one country said that they have no housing problems. Therefore, raising housing problems can’t belong to the necessary results of social system. Housing distribution is of vital importance to the nation’t economy and the people’t livelihood. At present, the urgently solved problem is to research the objective types of housing system reform so that can bring about a great advance in national economy.This paper begins with the cause of housing problem, apply fundamentals of economics, use the successful experience of developed countries for reference to analyze the present condition, advantages and disadvantages of our housing distribution system and research housing types suiting for the condition for our country. Thus, our real estate industry can be the pillar industry and new growth of national economy.
