Abstract


This paper studies the public administration reform in the socialist market economy under the conditions of a number of issues . This paper described the basic theory of public administration , including the theory of Western public administration thinking and guide our public administration reform . Secondly discusses the socialist market economy under the conditions of the government administrative reform , and to identify the focus of reform and key achievements and deep-seated contradictions to be resolved on the basis of in -depth analysis of reform and the status quo . Finally, in response to these conditions , their own thinking on the administrative reform and development of a number of issues , mainly the future model of public administration in the world we learn from problems , administration according to law , the cultural construction of public administration , government information , and evaluation of public policy issues . Trying to complete , objective explains how the smooth progress of the reform of public administration , designed for the new century public administration contribute modest .
