Abstract


Paper is under background of project named Science and Technology Information Service Network, that is an Internet-based platform, aiming to gather all of the science and technology information resources of country and provide lots of application of science and technology information for others. The scene is as follows:there are 34 provincial administrative units, and each provincial administrative units has a provincial technology information unit and 100 municipal and county technology information unit at average. Each technology information unit has an average of 4 information workers who are responsible for providing technology information resources. So, the country probably has 3434 technology information unit and more than 13,000 technology information resource providers.Paper puts emphasis on personalized configuration and data security issues of technology information resources delegation platform based SaaS.The main work of paper is as follows:1. Propose personalized configuration strategyTechnology Information Service Network needs to support more than 3000 technology information units and more than 13,000 technology information workers. Because of the difference of business emphasis, cultural background and management strategies, there are lots of different individual needs. Paper proposes a personalized configuration strategy to meet different business needs from different units. For example, technology information workers who are responsible for technology information resources audition can be configured resources audition module. And, technology information workers who are responsible for providing technology information resources can be configured models related to resource management.2. Resolve data security problem of SaaS and resources delegationTechnical information resources delegation platform based on SaaS is faced to multi-tenant according to Internet. Data owners put their data to the resources delegation platform, so the problem of data security is very important. Resource delegation platform resolves data security via two aspects, that is, data security based SaaS and data security under resources delegation. Platform ensures data security through user-data isolation and method of privilege-control-access.3. Implementation and application in the context of actual projectBased on science and technology information service network, design and implement technology information resources delegation platform based on SaaS. And personalized configuration and methods to ensure data security are applied to the resources delegation platform. The paper introduces their use via application instance.
