Abstract


In this paper, based on the historical review and field survey of the emergence and development of the land contract system, the system and in-depth study of the land contract system dissect the problems faced by the reform and improvement of the land contract system and the root causes of on how to reform and improve the land contract system, reform and improve the measures of reform and improvement of China's land contract system will make reference value.
