Abstract


The problem of non-performing assets is troubled by a problem of the global banking industry . Many countries to resolve the banks' bad assets , long-term, arduous exploration , both successful experience , hard lesson . Currently , our banking sector is also facing non-performing assets of troubled departments concerned in order to resolve our non-performing assets of the banks have done a lot of work , but little has been achieved . Since the non-performing assets related to the stability of the financial system , is related to the country's economic development and social stability , to the point must be solved . Therefore, to explore to resolve banks' bad assets in line with China 's national conditions , ways and means of very important practical significance . This paper is divided into five chapters , the first chapter analyzes the status quo of China's state-owned commercial bank credit asset quality , illustrates the hazards generated by the presence of non-performing assets . Chapter II from enterprises, banks , institutional proceed , a detailed analysis of the causes of non-performing assets . The third chapter begins with a brief introduction the practice of some countries of the world to resolve non-performing assets and summed up the Enlightenment to China Chapter is the focus of this article , by more than a few chapters of analysis and argument , on this basis , the author proposed a series of measures to clean up the bad assets , and focused on the asset management companies to resolve non-performing assets . The fifth chapter is another focus of this article , based on the reform , from the macroeconomic environment , the state-owned enterprises , banks , regulatory , and set up a mechanism to prevent credit risks . Overall , the status quo of China's state-owned commercial banks , non-performing assets , the causes , treatment and prevention were discussed in full , on solving the problem of non-performing assets , the author advocates treating the symptoms , treatment and prevention of a two-pronged approach , on the formation of non-performing assets focusing on governance , digestion , focusing on prevention , and the potential of non-performing assets in order to achieve the purpose of tackling the problem of non-performing assets .
