Abstract


In the fierce market competition, the original operating results good corporate defeated, while some companies was able to maintain long-term competitive advantage, invincible, like Intel, IBM, Canon and other world famous enterprises. Analyze the reasons, we find that the key to success lies in these enterprises and to pay attention to their core competencies. Core competencies in knowledge, technology-based integrated capacity, support corporate survival and stable development of the foundation, it is reflected through the company's products and services. A particular product or a particular aspect of the enterprise, however, has certain advantages, does not mean that companies must have strong core competencies, and only this kind of products and technologies so that competitors in a longer period of time is hard to surpass maintained when , is a manifestation of the real core competencies. Therefore, the strength or competitive advantage lies not in the product, but rather to support the core skills of its products. Enterprises only system to identify, cultivate and apply their own core competencies to maintain our competitive edge in the fierce international competition. The world watched as the achievements of China's high-tech industry in the reform and opening up, has a number of high-tech products in the field of international competitiveness, a preliminary complete structure, high-tech industrial system for the world competition in the ongoing construction. However, compared with developed countries, there are still a considerable gap, mainly due to gaps in addition to the enterprise external macro environment lag, but the main reason is the lack of internal core competencies, the so-called high-tech enterprises in name but not in fact. This article systematically elaborated the process of the formation and development of the theory of enterprise core competence, creatively apply this theory to the process of growth of the high-tech enterprises in China, through the establishment of the enterprise's core competency assessment system, high-tech enterprises have their own quality and whether an accurate judgment of core competitiveness; way of positioning the circulatory system through the establishment of core competencies dare to try the self-development of China's high-tech enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness; through the image of the typical cases vividly show the formation of enterprise core competencies in played a pivotal role in the competition. Analysis method does not completely abandon the traditional industry structure analysis, pay attention to the interaction between strategic perspective outside the enterprise environment and internal factors, but more focused on corporate internal factors decisive role.
