Abstract


Reforming and opening to the world have been twenty years, the financial industry in china couldn’t compare with the past. The financial organizion system, financial market system and adjust & control system have been primarily established, which are fit for the development of socialism market economy. Our finance is in strength, joining WTO will come when conditions are ripe. On the other hand, it’s bring us chance which can hasten China’s financial reform and development, also bring us anther flavor that have to face the new financial risk.In my paper (the study on effect and countermeasure of joining WTO to our country’s financial industry), from the point of view of reform to world and increasingly developed of modern information technique, I illuminated the rule to join WTO and the promise made by china government , analyzed the effect and impact of joining WTO, especially clarified some difficulties and hotspot. For example, the financial supervise system of modern central bank, the choice of distinction or mixed business of bank, the marketlized of interest rate and exchange rate ,and the problem of perfecting the payment and liquidation serving system, etc. I also gave my point of view about the China’s financial industry reform and development now and for future.
