Abstract


As we all know , the economic base determines the superstructure . After World War II , under the impact of scientific and technological revolution , the global allocation of the factors of production of globalization of the economy is possible. At the same time , the international system , the establishment of agreements for the development of economic globalization provides a degree of protection to be affected by structural changes in the global economy , the political framework of the sovereign state . Sovereign state in the process of modernization , the government policy , national system and so on facing the challenges of economic globalization and to make corresponding adjustments to adapt to economic globalization .
