Abstract


Only on One side攊s one of the three pillars oi diploniatic policy in People抯 Republic of China.To study the background. course of events and effect of this policy is not without help to understand the development of triangular relations among the United States,the soviet Union and peoples Republic of China.lt抯 also benefit to have a knowledge of the evolution of Chinese diplomatic policy. Only on One side攊s result of evolution of diplomatic policy in new China.In the early days after World War [I Chinese Communist Party attempted to break loose from the bind of cold war between the United states and the Soviet Union and to walk on his own way.That is ,eotter to prevent deterioration in relations with the United states or to keep lertain distance in relations with the soviet Uncionin fact,because there were autsgon St C contradictions between the united states and China,Chinese communist Party had to abondon this intention and stepped to the Soviet Union objectively. From then,China devoted himself to remove stalin抯 misgivings to Chinese communist party eontiously in order to get the supporting from the Soviet Union.Chairman Maozedong declared.擮nly on One II side攖o the public,the purpose of it is just like this. Neverthless,the United States had ever adjusted the policy 10 China since l~)4< seemed to became possibility to bring about reconciliation between the two counteies and make the study of扥nIv on One side攃omplicated.However.the autahonist Ic contradictions between this two countries could not be avoided because of the influenes of ideological form and historical inertia. It was autagonistic contradictions between the USA and China to lead to the alliance between the Soviet Union and China.擮nly on One side攚as the objective Political choice base on rdaliced circamstonces by the conimunist Party of China.Thc complishment ot this policy bring about a good international circush stones for the new chinese regime.But in some degree,this policy either limited the objectivity and fecxiblity of chinese diplomatic policy or delayed the evolution of colltry抯 modernizations.
