Abstract


This article is a systematic comparison master's thesis Vietnamese innovation and reform. The reform of state socialism in Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union failed, and reform in China and Vietnam has made remarkable achievements, the comparison between the two, to explore some of the common law in the reform of the socialist countries, has a very important theoretical and practical significance.
