Abstract


Since the implementation of the Macau gaming concession system has been nearly seven decades , during this period , the gaming industry in Macao played a major supporting role. Nevertheless, the Macau government to regulate aspects of the gaming industry does not sound legal , while the existing so-called \The current legal requirements in respect of the gaming industry is not outdated contradictory , this is the legal system is not perfect gaming source of problems . Further development of the gaming industry in the protection and to avoid social problems arising under the premise , this article from the reality of Macau's gaming industry , gaming problems in the analysis of the existing legal origin , in order to ensure fair gaming , sustained development , focused on gaming lending and government regulation of these two aspects . In the analysis on the nature of gambling , the proposed special law must be developed , the gambling debts determined by the nature of the bonds authorized to determine the legal status of gaming borrowing . This will not only allow gaming borrowing lower interest rates, but also so that when the gambler can not pay a gambling debt , the creditor can Macao court , and even the location of the debtor to recover court application ; On this basis , in order to attract gamblers convenience , continued participation should be given a loan casino credit functions.
