Abstract


This paper is divided into five parts : 1 , Determination of kidnapping charges . I agree with the Article 239 of the Penal Code , defined as the point of view of the crime of kidnapping . At the same time , it is stressed that the presentation of the concept of the crime of kidnapping should reflect the characteristics of the \2 , the elements of the crime of kidnapping . Adhere to objective and subjective unity finds that the crime of criminal law theory , that the First, the object of the offense is a complex object .
