Abstract


Based on the study on the basis of the international agency system , combined with the particularity of international shipping agency , a more detailed discussion of the legal relations of international shipping agency , and to further improve China 's legislation that had some useful discussion. This article briefly describes the current situation of China's shipbuilding agent system , focuses on the relationship between the international shipping agency generation and termination of international shipping agency in the relationship between the parties , international shipping agency relations and other aspects of the law applies .
