Abstract


In this paper, to Scaevola albida'Blue the Ribbon 'S.aemula' Sunfan 'and S. albida'Pink the Ribbon' three Australian fan flower varieties for research material, first growth status in different soil and light conditions observed research; then set the three-factor experiments (three varieties; temperature: 35 ° C, 40 ° C, 45 ° C; processing time: 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h) and two-factor experiments (three varieties; drought processing time: 3d 5d and 7d), were studied under high temperature stress and drought stress under three varieties of leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content, MDA Pro, soluble protein and soluble sugar content, relative conductivity and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT activity and other physiological and biochemical indicators of changes in the law. The main findings are as follows: (1) in a different light, the Blue Ribbon in the shade under the conditions of the plant height, crown and chlorophyll content were higher than under shade; Sunfan under shade plant height, crown greater than under shade, not under shade chlorophyll content greater than under shade; the Pink the Ribbon in the shade under the conditions of the plant height greater than under shade in shade under the conditions of the crown and chlorophyll content greater than under shade. (2) in the clay and loam soil, three varieties can grow normally. Grown in loam Blue Ribbon and Pink Ribbon plant height, crown width and chlorophyll content than clay growth, the growth of Sunfan in loam crown greater than the growth in the clay, in the two soils no significant differences in growth under conditions Sunfan plant height and chlorophyll content. (3) under high temperature stress, the three varieties of leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased; the leaves relatively Pink Ribbon and Sunfan conductivity changes smoothly, Blue Ribbon in the late stage of stress is increasing rapidly; leaves of three varieties of the content of MDA increased, Blue minimum Ribbon rise. As the temperature increases, the leaves of three varieties of proline and soluble sugar content increases; proline content in the leaves of three varieties with longer processing time, soluble sugar content was increased and then decreased. Under high temperature stress, the soluble protein content of the three varieties of roots, stems and leaves are first increase and then decrease, the leaves and stems of three varieties of SOD activity first and then decreased; SOD activity in the root of Blue Ribbon and Pink Ribbon has been declining, Sunfan the first and then decreased. POD activity in the three varieties of roots, stems and leaves first and then decreased. With the treating temperature, stems and roots of three varieties of CAT activity first increased and then decreased; the Blue Ribbon Sunfan blades CAT activity has been declining, Pink leaves the Ribbon of CAT activity first and then decreased. With the extension of stress time, the CAT activity of three varieties of roots, stems and leaves are first and then decreased. (4) under drought stress, the three varieties of leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased. Blue Ribbon and Pink Ribbon MDA content decreased after increasing Pink Ribbon leaves MDA content has been increasing. With the intensification of drought stress, Blue Ribbon proline content increased first and then decreases the, Sunfan Pink Ribbon has been on the increase. The three varieties of soluble sugar content increased and then decreased. The basic trend of soluble protein content of the three varieties of roots, stems and leaves are first increase and then decrease. With drought stress time lengthened, the leaves and roots of three varieties of SOD activity first increased and then decreased SOD activity has been declining stem segments, POD and CAT activities of the three varieties of roots, stems and leaves are first and then decreased.
