Abstract


Universities and enterprises cooperation (referred to school-enterprise cooperation) in the country was in the ascendant trend. Especially since the 1980s, growing awareness of science and technology, especially high-tech achievements into productive forces development and its rapid transformation, enhance the comprehensive national strength has become, the key to enhance competitiveness, for school-enterprise cooperation has generally been the world's attention and attention. Colleges and universities is to train high-level special person. Was the main base, but also the development of high-tech industry, an important birthplace. Universities with strong technology, knowledge, information and human resources, corporate advantage lies in personnel, equipment and funding, is to achieve high-tech transformation of the carrier. Universities and enterprises cooperation so that both schools and enterprises complement each other, complement each other, accelerate the transformation of high-tech industries. Research cooperation of universities and enterprises, both theoretical value, but also has practical significance. The theoretical significance lies in understanding the development of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad as well as the history of our school-enterprise cooperation generates theoretical foundation; its practical significance is that for our school-enterprise cooperation for the development of reference and make recommendations. This paper first traces the history of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad, systematically expounded cause of school-enterprise cooperation resulting theoretical basis, then study analyzes the status of school-enterprise cooperation, and the development of school-enterprise cooperation strategy for the preliminary discussion . Chinese universities and business cooperation is based on reality, one is based on the combination of education with productive labor theory; second is the \the practice of the socialist market economy; its five functions is the evolution of Chinese universities. In the current status of school-enterprise cooperation study, the author mainly through the analysis of three aspects discussed: (a) from the perspective of cooperation model, the key there: personnel training, joint training, technology transfer, project cooperation, communication and consultation, the establishment of engineering research centers, and joint science and technology park. (Two), case studies, respectively, from the cognitive factors, motility factors, institutional factors Illustrative examples of departure, and for analysis. (Three), through case studies, school-enterprise cooperation summarize the problems and contradictions, there are: awareness of the concept of obsolescence; management system not completely straighten out; interest objectives are inconsistent; technology market are not standardized; IPR protection measures imperfect; shortage of funds; policy is not complete. The last part of this paper is from a practical level, discusses the development of school-enterprise cooperation strategy. Proposed cooperation should follow the following principles: the principle of goal congruence; equality and mutual benefit; collaboration principles; pragmatic principles. Co-operation mechanisms are: to establish a scientific, fair and reasonable profit allocation mechanism; market mechanisms as a link; introduction of competition mechanism; take advantage of incentives: the establishment of a risk investment mechanism; forming a feedback mechanism; innovative mechanisms; synchronous coordination mechanisms. Successful cooperation strategy: 1, emancipate the mind, changing concepts, awareness raising; 2, institutional innovation and the establishment of joint-stock cooperative system; 3, knowledge innovation and the establishment of IPR protection awareness; 4, technological innovation and improve the technical operation of the market system; 5. strengthen national macro-management policies.
