Abstract


In this paper, based on infrared eye tracker Television Act of principles and implementation of a detailed study , summarized in the previous study theory and practical experience based on the combination mentor proposed new theoretical ideas , research to achieve a set of real-time eye movement measurement system the new program . This paper discusses the method of extracting the pupil center position , automatic threshold control algorithm and a synchronous serial data transceiver is designed to be implemented by circuit design , propose a practical system design . Digital detection part using TI TMS320C54X launched fixed-point DSP chip to be realized , the transmission of data on the use of the DSP itself provides BSP (buffered serial port) synchronous serial data sent, received on the use of the computer inserting an AT bus card ways to use the FPGA chip on the card for high-speed synchronous data reception. Finally eye tracker system performance analysis for the future improvement of the eye tracker made ??some suggestions and application prospects of eye tracker to do some preliminary outlook .
