Abstract

Korla Pear (hereinafter referred pear) is an excellent local pear varieties in Xinjiang. In recent years, local calcareous soil leaf yellowing disease iron deficiency has serious impact on the characteristics and advantages of the industrial development of the resources. On the subject in the previous three decades to fully draw on the basis of pear yellowing disease research to study the major soil factors affect fragrant pear yellowing disease, the incidence of leaf physiological characteristics and anatomical structure to explore the pear The formation mechanism of the yellowing disease occurred, and pear leaves yellowing disease in the local soil conditions under the diagnostic methods and indicators. Mainly achieved the following results: 1. The orchard survey showed yellowing disease universal occurrence in Korla fragrant pear producing areas, which the sand by East market gardening and British countryside is pear yellowing disease of the hardest hit. . Plants etiolated mesophyll palisade and spongy tissue was significantly thinner chloroplast content decreases, the peak of the chlorophyll content of only 30.1% of the normal strains. Yellowing symptoms throughout the entire growing season performance, particularly in June-July. Yellowing of pear tree drip \Active iron content in leaves as the preferred diagnostic indicator of the pear iron - deficiency chlorosis of leaves, leaf area unit base characterization of the the blade total iron content and more effective iron content iron cut. Korla region pear iron deficiency leaves yellowing disease diagnostic indicators: total iron indicators of of 400mg · kgI or 300μg · dm-2 the effective iron 150mg · kg-1 or 100μg · dm-2. Elimination with dry ash boiled extract phenanthroline chromogenic spectrophotometer as colorimetric determination method the blade total iron determination method is the most ideal. The linear total chlorophyll content and activity of the iron content was highly significant positive correlation between total chlorophyll content in as the diagnosis of yellow pear adjunct. 5 the Korla region higher soil pH (8.5 or above) is generated by direct or indirect cause of pear Iron Deficiency disease. Light salinization of soil is a potential factor induced yellowing disease. The local soil iron deficiency universal plow Park upper soil low iron content may be the most fundamental and most important reason is pear iron deficiency yellowing disease. The results of the study laid a theoretical foundation to further improve the pear yellowing disease mechanism to optimize iron deficiency yellowing disease of pear rehabilitation measures for downstream research and provides technical support.
