Abstract


The systematic study of a new type of detection and control system of the quartz crystal resonator frequency . The system is controlled by a computer , wherein the frequency measurement system using an improved impedance meter method measuring the resonant frequency of the quartz crystal ; station system is driven by a stepper motor , through the control of the computer will be sent to the station under test accurate quartz crystal ; super Poor to systems by corresponding indicator Ming , dark direct indication of the test results of the quartz crystal . The monitoring and control system with new processes and technologies , so that crystals of various electrical parameters of the automatic test can be completed in under computer control , and error correction on the measurement results , the system has a high measurement accuracy and efficiency. The article also from the theoretical analysis of the main factors to affect the measurement accuracy , focused on the crystal electrical parameters measured impedance of the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy and its mechanism of action , pointed out that the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the distribution parameters of the measuring circuit and put forward the corresponding solutions and experimental verification . The paper also details the system's hardware circuit design and software design .
