In this paper, three new calix [4] arene derivatives as a carrier, dioctyl sebacate ( DOS ) or dioctyl phthalate ( DOP ) as plasticizer , four (4 - chloro ) benzene boron potassium ( KTpClPB ) obtained for the the ion given domain body PVC membrane potassium ion selective electrode . It was found that in the three types of electrodes 5,11,17,23 - tetra - tert - butyl -25,26,27,28 - 4 [ 2 - ( ethoxycarbonyl)- benzyloxy] Cup [ 4 ] arene electrode ( electrode Ⅰ) vector obtained the best performance . The linear response range of 1.0 × 10 4 < / sup > mol / L to 1.0 × 10 -1 < / sup > mol / L , the slope 57.5mv/decade detection limit to 3.16 × 10 < sup> -5 mol / L, the selectivity coefficient is also better than the other two cups [4] arene derivatives as a carrier of potassium ion selective electrode . The logK pot selectivity coefficient of Na < / sup > K , Na -1.69 . Electrode I , II , III drug penicillin V potassium content was measured , the results of the analysis is consistent with the atomic absorption method .
