A summary of the the mechanical alloying basic theory , development status and application status and future development of mechanical alloying . Mechanical alloying , X-ray diffraction , EXAFS basic theory for materials analysis . Analysis of the difficulties in the interpretation of a PC floppy disk data of the X-ray diffractometer , two interpretation methods , PC, called D / max diffractometer measurement data . The prepared Cu theory based on mechanical alloying x < / sub > Fe 100- x < / sub > series of samples and test analysis of the resulting sample structure EXAFS method using X-ray diffraction and synchrotron radiation .
